NRF Conference Features Tech & Strategies for New Retail Normal

The NRF Conference goes virtual this year, presenting engaging sessions, keynotes, and technology from all retail verticals. The online show dubbed “Chapter One” runs over two weeks, starting January 12th, with events planned for intermittent days until the 22nd. With retail rocked like never before, there is great anticipation the event will help retailers face 2021 with a focus on sustainable strategies for the new normal we all face.

110 years of retail expertise

The National Retail Federation's annual NRF Conference (now in its 110th year!) is divided into two parts this year. Chapter One, held in January, will focus on the immediate challenges facing retailers. In June in NYC, Chapter two will focus more on face-to-face networking and partnership opportunities.

The NRF has new topics that speak to tenet we strongly believe in:

Forward-Looking Talent - Power to the people: How to get the most value from your most valuable resource.

We believe that your store associates can make the biggest difference in sales if they can provide unique value to the shopper.

Forward-Looking Experiences - Engagement ring: How to connect at every touchpoint.

The in-store experience can attract and retain shoppers if it’s an experience worth having. Your people’s expertise and service can help you provide that.

We’re looking forward to some of these great sessions at the show:
